The VTA in partnership with Engistics, recognises that there is a serious need to raise the awareness, understanding and knowledge of Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL), the application of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and the need to provide a risk reduction for the transport of Oversize Overmass (OSOM) loads throughout Victoria.

  • Permits and escort requirements

  • Case Study example

Courses are undertaken at the VTA’s purpose built training facility that is conveniently located at our Port Melbourne office.

This course requires a minimum group size of 10 people.
