The Victorian Transport Association (VTA) is pleased to confirm the return of our popular Regional Forums this June, bringing important road safety and compliance discussions directly to freight and logistics operators across regional Victoria.
These forums are a key part of our commitment to supporting regional members and ensuring operators remain informed, engaged and connected with regulators and enforcement agencies.
Each forum will feature safety and compliance updates from the VTA, Victoria Police, the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR), WorkSafe Victoria, the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and WHG. Together, these agencies play a critical role in shaping regulatory expectations and road safety outcomes for the transport industry.
The Regional Forums are a great opportunity for regional operators to share their experiences and provide direct feedback, helping ensure regulation and enforcement approaches remain practical and grounded in real‑world conditions.
